All Real Cajun Market orders ship from our headquarters in Fayetteville, Georgia.
At this time, we only ship throughout the domestic United States (not including Hawaii and Alaska).
We are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes due to the perishability of our products.
We ship exclusively via UPS and this is calculated during checkout. Expedited shipping fees may be incurred for quicker delivery. Shipping charges vary depending on the item being shipped, the distance the package is traveling, and the speed of delivery required for the product. This information can be found at checkout for a specific item, after you enter your shipping address.
We continue efforts to lower shipping costs. Shipping fees due to increased labor, custom boxes, and temperature controlling products like ice packs and dry ice may vary between products.
Once your package is in the hand of our partnering shipping carriers, we have no control over the time of delivery. But, the good news is that both FedEx and UPS give you the ability to schedule your delivery times for all of your residential packages!
If you know that you are not going to be home and are worried about them not leaving your package at your door, we strongly encourage you to schedule your delivery window directly with UPS. The UPS My Choice website allows you to schedule the delivery of your package within a short time frame to ensure you will never miss a package delivery.
Real Cajun Market does everything in our power to ensure your order delivers exactly when scheduled, in some instances early or late delivery may occur. Delivery dates provided to our customers are estimated due to reasons beyond our control.
We are unable to ship to USPS P.O. Boxes, APO boxes, and Amazon Hubs or Lockers at this time.
Real Cajun Market ships to residential addresses, businesses, venues, and apartment buildings. We do provide shipping to UPS distribution centers in order to prevent spoilage or disposal of the product.
If you are shipping to a business, please be aware of the business hours of the building. UPS delivers between 8 am and 10 pm, and while they do their best to deliver commercial packages during business hours, Real Cajun Market cannot guarantee a time of delivery during a window of limited business hours.
UPS MyChoice allows you to schedule your delivery times, and this option is only available for residential addresses (not commercial).
Real Cajun Market takes great pride in every product we offer and we strive make deliveries in the best possible condition. While there are many things we do to mitigate the risk of shipping around the country, there are unfortunately some things outside of our control like the weather and transit delays.
Real Cajun Market does not require a signature for the delivery of your order.
Please be careful when providing your shipping information before placing an order. Once an order has been processed, we have no way to reroute the package to an alternate destination.
There are no returns, refunds, or cancellations allowed on any orders that have shipped or have entered into fulfillment.
All packages are shipped via our exclusive carrier, UPS.
All of our products are packaged with either gel packs or dry ice to keep them cool. We also use foil packaging inserts to provide additional insulation. Our products are safe to enjoy as long as they arrive cool to the touch.
Dry ice can be left outside on the sidewalk, and will usually dissipate quickly if exposed to the sun. Dry ice can also be left in a sink or container if it’s left in its plastic or paper wrappings to avoid damaging any surfaces. Please do not touch the dry ice.
Gel packs can be reused after refreezing them in your refrigerator or simply discarded.
Our sausages arrive fully cooked and ready to eat. They have been smoked for 7 hours and cured. Smoked and cured meats can be refrozen per USDA guidelines.
We recommend selecting UPS 2 Day Air for all orders outside the Southern United States.
